Am very disappointed with the service we received in the camrose location yesterday. We were in need of new tires but the only tires available for purchase at kaltire were above our price point. Since we had a completely blown tire we purchased tires at another tire shop as they were $200 less for 4 tires than the Kal tire store and they were not an option at the Kal tire store (I dont have money to burn at Christmas time for higher end tires! Frankly I dont have the money period right now!). We took these tires to kaltire camrose for a seasonal changeover as I have always done with my tires that were not purchased originally at that store and we were told if we wanted to buy our tires somewhere else we could take our car somewhere else. Bad business! Sorry but if thy had offered us tires we could afford we would have bought there! In addition they charge more to install the tires than the other business! We will take our car somewhere else as we have no choice and we will not be back or recommend Kal tire again! we have always recommended Kal tire for service in the past! Thanks for nothing and Merry Christmas to you too! I have sent an email to customer relations with an apology in return however it has not been rectified I was absolutely shocked when my husband told me this was their response! Like seriously if we could afford the tires we would have bought them. But i am currently on an unpaid maternity leave that just started 2 weeks ago! We have zero extra cash this time of year as it is and did not have 4 tires on the list of things to buy! We have had numerous unanticipated expenses as it is and now 2 days before Christmas we get to figure out a way to move our car with a blown tire across town and now Im sure will be without the vehicle for Christmas which is so very helpful and convenient. Real real nice!

This was a great shopping experience, if you can say that about buying tires. Another major tire shop in town said they werent interested in price matching with Costco. Kal Tire said they would beat any advertised price by 5 percent. I like to shop locally and will pay more to do so, but to beat Costco - dragon slayer! Then Stan at the front had me think about the Michelin Defender since I didnt do anything really off-road. He knew his stuff - it was a better fit and an awesome tire. Finally, they changed my spare out with the best tire from the 4 I had changed out at no charge. Wow... if there might be better out there somewhere, but not much better. 5 stars.

Not impressed with the service I didn’t receive. I called the Camrose location in the morning and was told I could get in that day. I told the person on the phone I lived an hour away and he took my name and said to get here as soon as I could, although he sounded annoyed and inconvenienced by my call. I showed up an hour later and talked to another guy. He said he had no idea who I had talked to and that he couldnt help me today. This location is totally unorganized and unprofessional. Since they don’t want my business I will not be going back.

In October I went in to buy winter tires , the man selling me the tires said they would put my summer ones on free of charge in the spring so I bought them thinking wow this is amazing Ill be able to save a few bucks !! I guess being a girl he thought he could take advantage of me as I just called in and they said no it would be 300 as they dont do that and I would need an alignment.. nothing like screwing a single mom over wow camrose kal tire you are amazing .. I have bought tires from you for 15 years Im now DONE!!

Arrived without notice, explained to manager that I had purchased 4 tires for my truck in the Spring and they continued to lose air. He explained to me the problem was with my rims. Took the truck in without notice, fixed the rims and as well repaired two sensors. No charge for rim repairs and reasonable charge for replacing sensors. Shop staff very friendly and front end staff very helpful and great to deal with. Great service all around. Lj

0 stars awarded to the company the posts they are open Saturday till 5:00 and have their doors locked @ 3:30PM both saturdays I have tried to get service. if you will be locking your doors dont claim to be open. Or when I call to book an appointment tell me it is first come first service.

I do not advise to go here. Very poor customer service. I recommend go to fountain tire downtown. They are very nice and know how to talk to people. Will not be going here again
