I purchased tires in Edmonton earlier in the year and managed to drop a weight causing my wheel balance to go out of whack. As I had a positive experience at the Edmonton Fountain Tire, I decided to visit this location for a wheel balancing. I shared with the gentlemen at intake that my steering wheel was shimmying, and they agreed to look at it and correct the issue. Unfortunately, they took a shimmy that occurred at 80km/hour and turned it into a shimmy been 60 and 80 km/hour - and I had to take my car to the Edmonton location to look at the issue. It was reported back to me that the "alignment" they put on my receipt was incorrect and that they actually did a balancing - but mis-balanced my car entirely. I am very unhappy with the service I received at this location and will not be returning.

I had a good experience with fountain tyre, my only issue is getting an appointment can be tricky especially near winter
