I called almost three weeks in advance to book my winter tire change. I have to go to BC on Feb. 20th, so I made sure to book for the Saturday before (Feb. 18). I know it was on the 18th because I asked about Monday the 20th, but it was closed, then I asked about the 19th, but again, it was closed. Finally, I asked about the 18th and they told me they could fit me in at 11:00. I immediately wrote it in my planner. Feb. 18, I drove an hour from Edmonton only to find out that their service station was closed, they had no idea why I was there, and whoever was talking to me on the phone erroneously booked me in for the following Saturday instead. So what do they do? Asked me to wait around while they waited for one of their techs to come in, not bothering to call while I waited in the lobby. They strongly suggested that I leave until they called, which was 30-45 minutes later (while other tire shops were closing). After this, I received a call from them stating that they would not change my tires. I arrived back at the dealership to find my tires left outside the door and before I could enter to discuss alternatives, Lincoln (who I think is the manager), blocked the door and brusquely told me that after five years of patronage they "didnt want" to store my tires. Not that there had been a change in policy or anything, just that he didnt feel like it. He did absolutely nothing to make amends for the mix-up and when asked about other tire swapping services he vaguely gestured at FountainTire (who were closing but stayed late and gave excellent service) and shrugged while saying "they still look open, maybe Canadian Tire". Basically, I was "politely" told to screw off by Lincoln. There was no attempt call any other Chrysler and tires shops around to help. I also believe they thought I had gotten my appointment wrong and thought treating me poorly was justified. This was horrific customer service. Emailed customer service about this incident and they said "sorry for the misunderstanding." It wasnt a misunderstanding, you treated me like garbage. No one I know will ever use this Chrysler Dealership again for anything.

I recently purchased a new 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 from Candice Stone at Camrose Chrysler. I wanted to say thank you for the fun experience I had dealing with Candice and the crew. She worked with me for awhile coming up with the right deal for myself (NO PUSHY ATTITUDE - NO HASSEL AND NO C--P) Thank you for that. It was such a easy buying experience , Candice talked to Chris the Sale Manager (10 minutes) came back with the numbers and I bought the truck. No back and forth on numbers and no buyers remorse , just an AWESOME experience. Thank you Candice for working with me over the phone (being Im from out of town) and calling me when you found me the right deal. I also wanted to say thank you to Lincoln (owner) , Chris (sales Manager ), Darren (Finance) , and Candices partner in crime Amanda. If your looking at buying a new vehicle don t hesitate in calling Candice , you will not be disappointed. Also I have to say thank you to the Detailers they have working there - Awesome job on the truck when I picked it up - no streaky windows , no tire brightener all over the rims , not a spec on the interior , and no dust marks on the paint. With that being said , the Installers who put on the extras I ordered - Perfect workmanship. Thank you again Candice and like I said whenever Im around there or just feel like going for a tour I will definitely stop by to have it serviced there as well. Thank you again !!!

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Camrose Chrysler and would recommend them to anyone able to make the trip out there. The first vehicle I purchased while living in Edmonton and it was a complete hassle dealing with the dealerships within the city, they were unable to find the truck I was looking for and wouldnt be up front with pricing. One call out to Camrose Chrysler and they were able to quickly located the vehicle I was after and provided the best price, not even the inner city dealers would compete with. My second experience was very much the same except this time I made the trip from Calgary and it was well worth it! Give Tony a shout if you would like a hassle free experience and not feel as if they are passing anything over on you. Until next time Camrose Chrysler!

After dealing with a very shady Capitol Dodge in Edmonton we turned our eye to the Camrose Chrysler team and had top notch service, I originally dealt with the sales manager Chris and he got us pre-approved over the phone and because we were under a very tight budget for time when we arrived everything was ready from the truck being cleaned and detailed and ready to go to the paperwork just needing a few signatures... we were then handed to Steven Mundy for a test drive and a quick once over on the truck... they were very respectful when it came to time management and we were in and out in no time with our new truck! Its service like this that everyone wishes they had when it came to dealing with car dealerships. Stand up Job Guys!!!! Cheers Russell & Jody

I have brought a car privately and been there to transfer the factory and extended warranty under my name from the old owner. Had a terrible experience with the sales manager he told me will cost $250 to transfer under my name and if you buy another extended warranty will do it for free. I told him thats not right and collected my ownership papers back and reported to theDodge Canada call centre Case manager. They transferred the warranty over the phone and for the extended warranty they send me to another dealership for signing the paper work under my name. Guess what everything was free of cost and As per Dodge Canada they will doing a internal investigation on this. Poor sales man tactics.

i got my jeep wrangler from them and i love it!!! the price was written down on the jeep and was cheaper then what we had see in the city and i even asked "so whats the catch". i had looked all over edmonton and was treated like just a number but not at camrose chrysler the salesmen spent almost six hours with us and never once pushed us to buy a thing, just answered our questions and let us drive the different models they had. I will be getting the next vehicle from them and cant wait but have to pay for this one first haha.

My husband and I had just started our search for a vehicle and we decided to drive to Camrose from Edmonton because the prices seemed more reasonable there compared to Edmonton. We were extremely happy with the service that Candice Stone provided and the whole dealership were friendly and amazing! I would definitely buy our next vehicle from Candice again without a doubt. No pushy sales people here just very welcoming and negotiable on prices. Very happy with our experience!!! Loving the Jeep Cherokee North!

Bought a new truck last week and the experience was awesome. Cole did a great job with his knowledge and friendly demeanor. Gary was extremely helpful with locating the exact truck I wanted, while Lincoln seems to be a great fit here in Camrose. Bernice and Darren teamed up to make the signing process smooth and painless. Overall I am very happy with my experience and absolutely recommend buying a vehicle there.
