Im sick and tired of all the problems Ive had with Visions. My Samsung Bluray player broke not just once but 3 times. Everytime I tried to take it back they just said no and that I had to have to Samsung deal with it (even though I got the extended warranty with it and it wasnt even a year old). My friends purchased a laptop from them 1 month ago now (after I told them not too) and of course, after having it a couple days it kept shutting off and wouldnt power on. Visions told them the exact same thing they told me (and everyone else) which is to send it back to the manufacturer (ASUS). So they did and then get their laptop back from ASUS a week ago and they have me look at it to set it up. Well wouldnt you know...when ASUS replaced the hardware, it deactivated Windows 8 and after talking with ASUS (and Microsoft), the only way to get it reactivated is by reinstalling Windows 8 (because its OEM) which cant be done because theres no disc or partition to reinstall Windows 8 from. Now ASUS wants them to send it back to them again and they want to charge us to have the disc sent in the mail even though its under warranty. So, we took it back to Visions thinking they could fix our laptop for us but nope. The store manager was very ignorant and tried to blame us by saying its our problem and we have to deal with it. We asked him for just a refund which he said "Oh, Ill give you $8 for it.." and gave an excuse that since its broken, he wouldnt be able to resell it (which from my personal experience in retail isnt true because all they have to do is send it back to ASUS and they will just send them a brand new one or have it fixed). I have spoken to their head office as well and they just tell you to go pound sand and take it up with the manager. After my experience with my Bluray player, I have vowed to never buy anything from them again and its proving to be a good idea...

Overall terrible experience. Appointment booked for stereo install. Time taken off of work to drop off vehicle. 2 hours later recieve a call letting me know all the parts were not in. (at least this person was apologetic, but it would have been awesome if they had called before I left work to drop the vehicle off). Go to pick up my vehicle sans stereo after work. They cant find my keys. The manager who would rather smell like cigarettes and text message instead of helping a customer slinks away to the back room. 15 minutes later keys are found, at this point instead of re-booking appointment I decide I am done and want a refund. Manager comes back up front, does not acknowledge that they screwed up nor make any attempt to salvage me as a customer, actually throws my credit card back on the counter once my refund is processed and again walks away. I will never shop at this location, or Visions period. Good work guys, I have money and like to spend it, but wont spend it there ever again. Ironically I mentioned the fact that all the google reviews were negative, and that if they did a quality job I would write a good one for them. Whoever is the owner of this store or regional manager may want to consider training employees and getting rid of the bad ones.

Visions is the worst place to go to. I had a sub and amp installed and they left a total mess in my jeep. I just purchased a used jeep that had cig butts in the ashtray. I didnt empty it; However, no worries...they emptied it for me....all over the front of the jeep. When I confronted the the manager of installation he became rude and said that it is not his job to clean up cig butts on the floor. Than he exclaimed that all thos butts were in the dash. Really...23 cig butts in the dash! Plus ashes! Anyhow, Adam, the installation manager refused to have them cleaned up. Further more they also left materials from the installation scattered all over the jeep as well. Then to top it off. They stole 4 anchor bolts for the hard top. they left the end two. Needless to say, I cancelled all my plans for future purchases and installation that I had for Tuesday the 9th of April 2013. I will say Robert is an excellent service fella but i still will not be returning to Visions again. I will however, I will warn all the youth that I work with, come in contact with and anyone else I know and meet to avoid Visions electronics. Do yourself a favor and learn from those who have been there, done that, and got a t-shirt.

IF I ever shop at Visions again it will absolutely not be this location. I bought a JVC car stereo from them that I installed and kept resetting itself. Not only was the Car Audio manager (Selby Porter) incredibly rude and reluctant to offer any help (even after I offered to pay an installation fee), he claimed I would have to talk to the General Manager (Ashton McElroy) who was conveniently out to lunch. I was told to come back in an hour to talk with the GM then, and when I returned BOTH people had gone home for the day!!! This is, of course, after I informed Shelby that I was now living out of town and wouldnt be able to come into the store after the weekend. Ive seldom experienced such insulting unprofessionalism and garbage customer service, and its actions like this that give an entire corporation a black eye. I will never recommend this store to anyone, EVER!!! Ill unfortunately have to still deal with Visions for the time being to see if I can utilize my warrantee on this radio, but is unlikely that I will ever shop there again.

I was very hesitant to enter this location due to previous reviews. However I am very glad that I made the trip, as my experience to the store has restored my faith in electronics retail customer service. A gentleman by the name of Selby greeted me upon my arrival. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in a wide array of areas throughout the store. At the end of my visit I ended up purchasing an accessory for my car audio system and was more than happy to buy it from one of the few remaining electronics stores in the city that actually provides Car Audio speaker demos. As an assistant store manager for another electronics retailer it is very rare to find people who provide customer service to the level that Selby does. I will definitely shop at this Visions location again, and I will encourage anybody looking for an honest and professional salesperson to seek out Selby. He wont let you down.

I would suggest to stay away from this Visions location. I have spent over $3000 worth in car audio and other accessories at this location and is been nothing but a headache. After getting a remote starter installed, I noticed they did a very poor job, first the trunk was not programmed as requested, next the cables were loose all underneath the dash and a static noise was going off probably due to a bad connection or wiring during install and last but no least the Cigarette lighter stopped working after they did this job. Since then Ive been trying to book another appointment to get this fixed and they have been giving me the run around ever since, whenever I call they take my message and promise a call back but they never do. My advice dont shop at this location, there are others like 46 Crowfoot Circle Northwest that will go above and beyond to meet your needs, here no way they simply dont care.
