My experience with Park & Jet is that they consistently fail to provide proper snow clearing during the winter. Even if snow has been cleared from the rows in the parking lot, it has likely been pushed into a pile behind your car. Youre out of luck if you do not have a shovel in your car (if you can get into the trunk). My most recent experience was returning from Vancouver 48 hours after the first major snowfall of the winter. The shuttle driver could not go down any of the rows, explaining that previous shuttles had become stuck. By comparison, city streets had been cleared, and major routes showed little trace of snow. The "double letter rows" (e.g. AA, BB, etc.) in the rear portion of the lot had dozens of snow drifts that rendered all of the cars in these rows impassable. I called a family member to pick me up and left the car until the next day. The next day, the rows had been cleared (72 hours after the snowfall), but my Dad and I still had to dig out the car. I suggested at the gate that Park & Jets failure to clear the snow in a prompt manner had resulted in the loss of use of my car for a day, and that I should not have to pay for the two days the car had been parked there. The manager responded by threatening to call the police and insisted that I pay. I did pay and left the parking lot quite upset. In 2009, I parked here for a total of at least 70 days and plan not to patronize Park & Jet again again. The Aeroplan points they provide are not worth the trouble and poor customer service they provided during my recent visit. Next time, I plan to try the long-term parking provided by the airport itself. From flying out of YYC dozens of times, I believe the airport would be more accountable and helpful if I were to run into similar problems.

I recently used Park n Jet during my christmas holidays to park my car and this was my first time using a parking service like this. I debated between this service and the airport economy lot, and was glad I picked Park n Jet. Mainly because the airport economy lot is just as far away from the termial and you had to walk yourself there and back. Park n Jet gives you a sticker and assigns you to a certain row (I was EE) and the shuttles come by every few minutes to pick up new parking passengers. I used this on a peak time (Dec 24, 9am) so I had no wait time, and we only sat for 5 mins waiting for more passengers. The driver wouldnt leave until all seats were full so I imagine this could be a hassle in non-rush times. The driver was helpful loading my bags on, and called out airline names as he dropped everyone off. Coming back, the pick up bay is on the FAR end of the strip opposite arrivals so I had a bit of a trek, but I just used a trolly because we were on airport grounds still. There was only 1 other person in the shuttle with me this time around, and after the driver found our cars with us, he stayed to make sure the cars started. I found the rows to be well ploughed, even right after Calgary had a few bad storms that week. Along with the 20% off coupon from the website, my total for 1 week was $50 inc taxes. Thus, Park n Jet ended up being cheaper than the airport economy lot (49.99 + tax) and Park n Jet had the benefit of offering trunk to airport service. If you collect aeroplan miles, they offer a deal to earn bonus points or something along those lines, but you are unable to earn points if you were using the discount. Considering high cab fares to/from aiport, and the convenience of driving off right away.. I would use them again.

I have used Park and Jet many times before without issue, but after my last experience it will be my last. I arrived home after 3 weeks to find the battery being dead in my car. I went up to the office to ask if they had a way to boost it, assuming that being a large parking facility with vehicles sitting for extended periods of time that this would be a common occurrence and they could help me out. Well was I ever wrong. I was met by an extremely rude individual who when I explained my situation the only response I got was "Im too busy to help you. I could but you will have to wait an hour or two." I then said that I guess I should just call AMA to which he replied yeah you better do that. This is extremely poor customer service. I was shocked at the absolute rudeness and uncaring attitude of this individual. This is not how you treat customers. I could have accepted if you would have told me you have no way to give me a boost, but to not even offer to help in any way when you could is poor. And to be fair, it did not appear you were very busy when I was there as there were very few people on my bus and I did not observe a lot of people arriving as I waited for AMA. Either way, I think I will be taking my business to your competitor Park2Go from now on as I have heard good things from other people I know.

I have had the pleasure of using Park & Jet on many occasions for my travels in and out of YYC. I started out using some competitors many years ago, and then came across a promotion that Park & Jet was having at a time when I needed a long term parking option for an out of country trip. Since that trip, Ive used Park & Jet and only Park & Jet, as I was very pleased with the level of service I received as well as the ease with which I was able to get to and from the airport. And now with their new location being even closer to the airport, the service has become that much better. The drivers are always very friendly and helpful and the shuttles to and from are very frequent. I have and will continue to recommend Park & Jet to anyone needing an efficient, reliable, and affordable option to park while away. Keep up the great work!!

A couple years ago I parked at Park & Jet for the forth time. Service had never been really outstanding, but this time it was abominable. It was late in November and I flew back about 10PM; I had to wait for a while for the bus, but that wasnt the worst part by far. It was a very cold evening with lots of snow, and in the dark it was very challenging to see where my car was. The driver drove past it at quite a speed and proceeded to drop off others before stopping to let me off ... a good block from my car I left to struggle with my luggage in the dark and the snow. I mentioned it to the gentleman at the gate when I was paying, but he couldnt have cared less. It is the last time I went to this establishment and am sure to recommend other options to anybody who asks.

Park & Jet is always very convenient and efficient. I have used this service many times and have never been disappointed. On our most recent trip, the bus promptly arrived right at our parked vehicle to pick us up. The bus driver was friendly, courteous and even helped lift our luggage into the bus! We were dropped off at the appropriate airport departure doors, and again, the bus driver helped offload our luggage. We returned home on a late night flight, and we had just missed a bus. We started to think that we would have to wait a while for another bus, but much to our delight, a second bus pulled up right away! The new location is fabulous and closest to the airport. Everything is brand new and signed really well. Best value by far!
