Amazing service at Minit-Tune & Brake in Crowfoot! I called yesterday to see if they could get me in today to check my noisy muffler and sure enough they could at 10am. I mentioned I had to be in a meeting at 1:30pm today and they said it would not be an issue. During my visit, Marty took me inside the shop while my car was on the lift and running to show me the problem - the catalytic converter and flex pipe needed replacing. Marty then quoted me and said the part was on the way from South Calgary and he should have my car done by 1pm or 2pm. I mentioned that I had to leave by 1pm for my meeting and he said if it wasnt ready by then, hed arrange a ride for me to the meeting and back. At 12:15pm I was having lunch when the phone rang and it was Marty notifying me my car was ready to go! I cant say enough about the customer service, honesty, integrity and clear communication this shop offers. I come from a family of mechanics and Im sure they would agree that Minit-Tune & Brake is top notch. I highly recommend them for any muffler and break repair!

I went to get my tire repaired. They told me the tires were too worn and needed new ones. I know they all try this, but I decided to get them since it had been 77,000 km. After they were finished they asked if my engine ever not started. I told them never even in -20 without plugging it in. They said it didnt start once for them and I needed a new battery. I said no as it has always been good with no problem. Im a little sceptical of this place.

Took my Honda Civic in to get the AC recharged. Work was done well, friendly, on time and for the price quoted. They suggested my brakes need to be done... and I believe them to be true. The price they quoted was half what I paid last time I did my brakes, I will be scheduling the works soon. Marty is a friendly and by my account honest guy I can trust.

I have been taking my Impreza to this location for over 5 years now. Great timely service and always with a smile. Marty manages the place and is always ready to go above and beyond the call of duty to assist with any issue. And for the record, I drive up from Seton to get my car serviced at this particular loaction. Well worth the travel.

Phoned and they only will use parts that they order, not customer parts. All these reviews about decent mechanics and because I wanted to save some money ordering a part myself, they wont do the work because its against their policy.

Meh. The agents are nice but they struggle with the computer system. Anything more then straight forward insurance changes be prepared to wait over 30 mins on hold. Rates are on par.
