I recently came in looking for a JX. I was welcomed by Ken Wong, one if the sales associates. They had around 4 used models in stock and he helped me pick out the best one to suit my budget. The next day I came back with the wife and 2 kids (5 and 2 years of age) for a test drive. I was allowed to transfer both child seats over for the test drive no questions asked. My wife then went on the test drive while I stayed behind talking numbers with Graig Fruin the GM during when my wife called telling me the kids were hungry. Graig told her no worries, take as long as she needed. They ended up going to McDonalds. We ended up buying it that day. What sold me was that it came with a 60 day guarantee. Anything wrong with it, they would fix it. After picking up our new ride, we decided to goto Victoria, BC to visit our new born niece. On the second day there I notice a little bit of oil drippings on the drive way where the car was parked. I messaged Ken to let him know. Within minutes I was texted back letting me know I can goto the infiniti dealership in Victoria and they would take care of me. I decided not to since I was on vacation and deal with it when I got back. The oil drips was very minor. On the way back we stopped over in Kamloops for the night. The next morning when I was bringing stuff back to the car, I saw that the drivers side window had been smashed. Someone had broken into our car and stole a bunch of valuables. Dont ever stay overnight in Kamloops if you want to get robbed. When we got back to Calgary, I took the car in to get the oil leak checked. Turns out there was a small pebble logged between the head of the oil drain nut. They replaced it and had to fill the oil back up. I basically got a free oil change minus the filter. I left the car with them to get the window fixed. They gave me a loaner free of charge. I got the call that the window had been fixed a few days later. When I went to pick it up I noticed they had washed the car for me. It was caked with bugs when I brought it in for I just came back from a 12 hour road trip. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from infiniti gallery. They went out of their way for me from the first test drive to calling the dealer in Victoria to fix my problem to just the small things like having the car washed when I came to pick it up. Thanks to the team at infiniti gallery for taking care of me. Much appreciated!

** UPDATE -- Begin ** After posting this review, Mike Elder (service manager) has reached out to me, and invited me back to have a second look at my reported TPMS issue (per as below). He assured me on the reputation of his services department, and the process dealership have in place to guarantee the workmanship. I took upon his offering and had his technician looked at the issue again. Mike and his team utilised this opportunity to correct the issue identified previously, and this time, it was hassle free from beginning to end. The service team went above and beyond to take care of issue I had with the initial visit, and offered a gesture of apology for the trouble it caused me. His approach and professionalism helps me to recommend the shop for future issues with my infiniti (or my friends infiniti) that might occurs -Jason ** UPDATE -- end ** Had to spend over $500+ dollars on TPMS repair for my infiniti (dignostic and shop fee), and was told by the service adviser that everything was fixed. Within a week, the same symptom came back. When reaching out to the service advisor, advising them of the issue. I was informed that I would need to bring the car back for more repair on the same issue, and of course, theyll charge the same diagnostic fee again with the shop fee (so rough estimate over the phone again is $500+ dollars). So no, I would not recommend their services shop to everyone. They can pull a fast one on you if you arent aware. -Jason

Couldnt be more pleased with the service provided at Infiniti Gallery, it all started with opening the front door to their gorgeous show room, where I was greeted with a friendly smile and an offer for some coffee or water from Stephanie. My sales associate, David Wong made me feel right at ease, making the process of buying a vehicle much more enjoyable. David showed great professionalism and enthusiasm as he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, David completely took the pressure out of the sale by allowing me to have my own time to think about the car I wanted. Catherlina Yip went above and beyond to insure any questions I had were answered in full, even on her time off she would get me he information I needed to feel comfortable with the purchase going through. With a friendly welcoming from all the staff I truly enjoyed the environment that Infiniti Gallery provides. My biggest concern was whether my hockey equipment would fit in the car or not, David told me to bring it all down and make sure for myself, while I was loading my equipment into the trunk, a guy from service noticed me and couldnt wait to welcome me to Infiniti Gallery and answer any questions I had about the vehicle from a matience stand point. All in all I would highly recommend checking out Infiniti Gallery, if you want genuine costumer service, and a vehicle you can rely on day in and day out.

Great experience - EVERY TIME! I was so excited when Infiniti Gallery opened up in North Calgary. The dealership is excellent and so convenient! Natasha in the service area was wonderful. She was so accommodating and helpful. I had warranty service performed as well as a remote car starter, and other miscellaneous stuff. Natasha always ensured I had a ride, or a vehicle to use while my JX35 was in for service. She knew I had a preschooler and ensured that I made it out on time so that I could pick him up. The times he had to accompany me to the dealership, she made sure he felt included and often gave him a stuffed animal. Then when it came time to say goodbye to my car, Ken and Karim gave me a reasonable value for my vehicle so that I could purchase a different make of vehicle! (Its called the Buy In program I believe.) They went above and beyond to help me, and made the transition very simple. I even left some items in the car, and they left them for me at the front desk... Again, I moved away from the Infiniti brand, but it wasnt easy. The people at this dealership are excellent at customer service and the vehicles are quality vehicles! When Infiniti launches a new vehicle that suits my tastes and my familys life, I KNOW that I will be a return customer. Until then, I have nothing but deep admiration for all those I encountered at Infiniti Gallery.

Me and my wife just purchased a QX50 yesterday evening. From the very beginning we were impressed by the client services at the dealer. We started with Rick, continued with Ken just for a few minutes because he was busy and finished with Denis. All of them were great and Denis definitely know a lot about cars. Meanwhile we visited other dealers too, were we got from "no attention" to being patronized about not knowing the difference between blind spot warning and lane departure. Whatever. So, you wont be disappointed at Infiniti Gallery. The financial advisor, Lief, just joined the team a few days after I applied for financing and it was a tough start for him to catch up with everything in my file, there were a few hiccups but in just a couple of hrs he dealt with everything, erased the misunderstandings and we had the car ready. Finally we met Denis and Lief and in just 1.5-2hrs I traded in my old car, signed all the papers, got introduced to the QX50, which btw its a beast, V6 and 3.7l.... Five stars for a great client oriented dealer.
