I rented cars for decades now and all the over the world. I rented also from Enterprise all over the world, this location has the worst ways of dealing with clients; considering clients stupid. Ive booked a full size car, Mrs Chippy Chipiro instead of telling me " I dont have a full size for you " he tried to make me feel that he is upgrading me to a SUV for the same price and even showing me (so Ill be convinced ) prices of SUV being booked. I was like " wow this is my first time in this location, they should have a great service here". I realized later that SUV being proposed to me are all old basic models that none wanted to take/rent. I went back to ask to cancel everything and Mr Chippy just pretending being busy with other clients and put waiting while my friend that brought me to this location is in hurry to travel...I had one option left is to run away with my friend and call back later. The worst is that I noticed that nice cars are given to "friends " that Mr Chippy is giving hugs to. ..and one of these guys cane after me and he was served with a choice between a camery (my full size) and a Kia soul...knowing that Ive told that the last camery we had is gone ;) The bottom line, worst service in these holidays and my worst experience ever in a rental car location. Mr Chippy, nothing personal, but the move of upgrading costumers is an old game.

I booked one car via online and I got the confirmation as well in my email. The car was booked for 8.00 AM in the morning and I reached there at the same time and told abut my reservation and the manager said that my reservation is not in their system at all. Initially the manager was bit rough and I said to arrange something from some other locations and they said they dont have enough car to rent out. He said he will give me a call once when some customers return car and he doesnt sure when it is going to happen. I was really upset when he said that no car was available to rent out and I was really in a tight schedule as well. Finally, he arranged me one car though that is not the right category I requested for after waisting almost one hour in the front desk. Please always double check with this guys even if you have an email confirmation inorder to save time and to avoid feeling so bad once you reach there. Though the Manger apologized about this incident later, I dont recommend this location to anyone who is looking to rent from here.

These guys are great! My husband and I have rented from them twice and they have been so friendly and helpful each time. This last time, they went above and beyond to help us have a successful trip. After flying into town we needed to rent a car and discovered nearly all of the rental cars in Calgary were sold out. We called this Enterprise location to see if they had any availability and they said they did and would pick us up from the airport. They took us to their shop where we discovered that our visa debit card would not be sufficient to pay for the rental so they drove us to our home to pick up our credit card. Like I said, they went above and beyond. What could have cost us much more money instead went very smoothly because the guys at Enterprise went out of their way to help us out.

Worst services ever booked 2 months ago and still vechical requested not available. Provided and alternate option with but not good. Vechical provided did not had oil change on the way to our trip after 2 hrs asked for assistance got reply as I had appointment booked in Canmore so had to drive back from Banff to get oil change. CANMORE Lube muffler lady at front desk very rude. Said will get it done in 20 mins... and it took 2 hrs to get it done. Pathetic service none customer service skills

I brought my car in to get serviced and it turned out that it would take a little longer than expected. As a courtesy, I was given the opportunity to rent a car and it was absolutely hassle-free. This was my first time renting a car in Canada and the service was very quick and the people were beyond friendly and helpful. Manmeet was very helpful and made the transaction super efficient. After the expensive car repairs, it was a pleasure to not have to worry about anything else.

These guys are super friendly... not only did I get a handshake from the guy that helped me I got another handshake and then another handshake. All said and done I came away with three handshakes… they were so friendly! The car was great. And the price was pretty good. I picked up from the airport (more expensive) and dropped off at this location which was great.

I have always had an amazing experience going through Enterprise for car rentals. The Enterprise on 110 Ave NW, Country hills set the bar really high when it comes to treating their customers with top priority. I love their customers service and car selection.
