CHC was definitely much closer than other body shops and the wait time if you have a large repair is quite long (I had to wait about 3 months for a two week repair). But I definitely find it was quite worth it. Estimate was done with Walter who was able to get us in and out in about 30 minutes and was extremely wonderful to work with. Coming here after an accident was a bit stressful but Shawn made the process much easier. After I got the estimate and scheduled the date Shawn had shown me and drawn on the car as to which areas were going to be repaired, and took the time to explain HOW the repairs were done. He was always professional and definitely was able to communicate if you had any worries about your car. He also made me feel more welcome to call in and ask any questions about my car, and was very friendly and gave super customer service. My car is also white and Shawn made sure I understood that sometimes it is hard to perfect the colour match. This made me quite worried but I understand that sometimes that is what happens. When I came back and I took one look at my car.. the colour match was PERFECT. It looks as if my car was never in an accident. I didnt expect perfect but what I got was PERFECT. I also purchased a Premium detail and the detail was AMAZINGLY done. Had no complaints at all driving my car away from CHC. One thing I think that this center could improve on would be communicating better when the car is to be actually done. This included a lot of planning time on my part due to being out of town for school and such, therefore I definitely needed to be up to date if my car was to be delayed. Needless to say that the day my car was supposed to be done, I had received a call just that morning saying it will be on Wednesday. Then I didnt receive a call on Wednesday and had to call myself and was told it was to be Friday. Which it actually finished Thursday but in immaculate shape. The work done definitely out weighed the small issue that I had at CHC because I definitely did not expect such professional work in the car repair itself and the detail. Wonderful work CHC.

My Ford Explorer was hit by a deer and did a lot of superficial damage. i took it to Country Hills Collision as recommended by my insurance company. The service was excellent with Shawn at the customer counter setting up an appointment for an estimate. He also took care of arranging for a rental vehicle and that all our needs were taken care of. When my explorer was repaired it looked like new they also took the time to repair some minor scuffs that had nothing to do with the accident. They had to replace the drivers door because of the damage. They did not use a new door because the cost would have been more than what the right off value of my SUV was. Although they use the original harness from the old door there were problems with the electrical. Phil the supervisor went through the problems i was having and they took it in immediately but could not resolve the problem that day. I brought my SUV back the following week and they repaired the electrical system fully with out any hesitation . It took a couple of days, which I didnt mind because they had provided me with a loner vehicle until it was repaired at no charge, but I got my SUV back totally repaired. Country Hills Collision proved to be a Professional and thorough company which I would have no problems recommending to anyone or using again myself if I had to. Great, friendly , courteous staff

Originally posted 1 star: After being told it would be a 5 day repair, 11 days later I get my vehicle back with several scratches which were sustained at their facility on the extended 11 day repair. (They did buff these out, after us waiting almost 2 hours for us to get our vehicle). Then they proceeded to lie to our insurance company telling them that they called and left a message 4 days previous to the pick-up date to my current phone number, when actually the left a message to a phone number from 7 years ago when we still lived in Edmonton (my insurance provided them 2 phone numbers). The only issue with the phone number thing was that when I dropped off my vehicle I had to fill out a sign in sheet with my name, address and phone number/email so they could update me on the progress of my vehicle. If you are looking for a big head-ache, go here, the staff will act polite to your face and lie behind your back to insurance companies to cover their own butts. Update (4 stars): The manager at ch collision (Harj Bharaj) made things right with us... I guess that really does show that they care when something(s) go wrong. I changed my star rating to reflect this. After a sincere appoligy (among other things), we truly believe they will try to do better in the future to make things right for their customers.

Incredibly disappointed in the service we received. Brought our vehicle in after a minor accident, only to have it returned in nearly worse shape. I knew right away something was wrong by the way our vehicle would shake upon acceleration. Our back tires were rubbing due to a botched alignment done by this shop, causing our new tires to become bald. Our one back tire ended up completely split open, thankfully not at high speeds while our children were in the car. When we called to explain our concerns, we were completely brushed off. Our entire experience, from beginning to end I felt like we were seen as an inconvenient insurance job with 0 pride put into their work. Mistakes happen, but their poor workmanship put our family in danger. I just wanted them aware to ensure that nobody else would have a similar experience, perhaps remind their staff to take proper precautions and make sure the job was done properly, but nothing was heard. I encourage you to take your vehicles elsewhere, to ensure not only a pleasant experience in regards to customer service, but also to feel confident in the work being done to your vehicle.

Went up to get my vehicle worked on after it was rear-ended. Had the estimate done, submitted it and waited for CHCC to get back to me. No response, the person looking after my quote quit. No one could find the photos to submit to my insurance, so back up I came. This time it was processed and I dropped my vehicle off to them to do the work. Kat and Levi assisted me and Kat kept up on the progress. I had a full detail done as well. The inside looked nice but the outside spots that should have been buffed out were not. It Iooked like they washed it and that was it. It was done before Christmas, so I didnt have time to go back up to show the poor detailing done on my vehicle. I bought my vehicle through CHT and take my work up to them for maintenance and repairs. They usually are on it from the get go. The detailing was below standards in my opinion. I gave them 4/5 for their efforts and work done on the repair was good. Just the detail sadly was not done up to spec.
