Sales process was smooth.. but thats never the issue with most places. Its how they respond to you when they arent getting a commission that matters. I bought a new car from then Sept 2013. Sales process was fine. Had an issue where the vehicle said that their was a drive train malfunction after about 3 months, and I called to the sales guy.. no response. I booked a service request but luckily it turned off after about a week. dont know what the sales guy made off of me, but you would think a courtesy call would be nice. All because you cant fix it yourself, doesnt mean you should just ignore me. Show that you care. Blew a tire recently and needed a replacement. Luckily I didnt really drive on the OEM tires much since I bought the car because I was running winter tires most of the time. I only had to replace 1. Order the tire. After 1 week, I call to follow up. they said they will call the supplier and call me back because he cant find it. 2 more days pass and no call. So I call them again and the guy says he will call me back for sure to let me know where the tire is but he needs to call the supplier. No call back. Im pretty patient and not mad at this point. Call again, now my 3rd time and they cant get a hold of the supplier and dont know why the tire hasnt even shipped yet. Now were coming up on 11 days, and the tire still hasnt shipped? Asked for a refund and got that pretty quickly. Best part of the process so far. Dont rely on the service. Although the car is fine so far, I wont buy another BMW. EDIT: I thought the refund process was easy... but guess what?? It isnt. Still not done after 5 business days, 1 phone call follow up, and a visit to the dealership... What am I asking for that is unreasonable?? I feel like Im asking for the world here because its so hard for them to get it done. I dont know how else to express my dissatisfaction with this dealership. If my words arent enough to deter you from buying from this dealership, just lower your expectations because thats the only way youll be happy with them. Any basic form of customer service is non-existent after your purchase. I feel bad for the sales people. I think they are actually decent. But when post-sale service is so bad, you can say goodbye to any future sales from me. And I doubt Ill buy another BMW because Im not going to purchase from the Dilawri Group, and I dont want to deal with their dealerships again, once this lease is over.

I have been forced to deal with BMW Gallery since buying a used Mini Cooper S back in October 2012 from Mini Crowfoot. While the financing side was pleasant and efficient enough, the service side needs a major overhaul. When I say major, they may as well just shut down shop and not offer the services. Ive had 3 service jobs within the past 4 months resulting in a total time of 5 weeks that the vehicle was in the shop (20% of the time I have owned it). My first experience with the service department was horrendous. I had called to get some advice since my Mini had an obscure check engine light on and the power was fluctuating (have since learned its a common winter intake manifold condensation/moisture problem). I was told by the "service advisor" that "you know your own car better than we do, so you have to use your own judgement". This was after I had owned the vehicle for 2 months! I am now expected to know my car after 2 months of ownership better than a dealership that deals with these vehicles on a daily basis. I figured these people had the title of "service advisor" for a reason, but I can easily say advice is not in their job description. I also was in communication with them two times on a Friday and I was told that the car is now fixed and ready to pick up. Both times I told them I would be in after work to come and pick it up. When I arrived they couldnt even locate my car. They told me that they must have left it at the offsite storage. I just received the calls that day; how is that even possible? The only saving grace here was that they actually gave me one of their rare loaner cars (the only time I was ever offered or given a loaner; they had to lose my car first to even get to this point). I have since tried to communicate my experiences with the General Manager, Sales Manager, Service Manager, and Service Advisor, but none of them have responded or have even acknowledged my attempt at correspondence. If you are looking to service your vehicle after purchasing, seriously reconsider shopping somewhere else. This dealership is easily the worst I have ever dealt with and I will never deal with them again. I will never recommend them to anyone.

The BMW dealership is not an good place to bring your car for one I got my transmission filter pan and screws changed at this crowfoot BMW I paid $200 + for the 24 screw to hold the new transmission pan and filter I buy too I told BMW when they take off the pan to leave the old screws and transmission pan in the trunk all that was in my trunk was the transmission pan no old screws which cost over $200 to top it off I had to wait a month for parts I order that they told me would be one week and after two weeks past I went in to get them thinking they forgot to call me and I can to find out they never even process the Order for some reason but they sure made me paid for the parts as soon as I put in the order which should have only been one week.so the thing I hate the most about his dealership crowfoot BMW is the same parts I had to wait over an month for they took it back out of my trunk when I got my transmission pan, filter and 24 screws replaced now I dont under stand I only bring my BMW to BMW dealer to get the right service but clearly this is not the case I still dont even wont to look under my car to check if everything I paid for was even installed, this crow BMW dealership is not an dealership quality they will take back parts you buy from you also I got an quote on some issues so I wanted to address one at the same day as transmission change and when I said to go a head they said an price that was different from the quotes for all service needing to get done when I asked why they told me those quotes are only for parts only clearly there is no organization to end if you want to get ripped off bad service clearly they have no idea about there job here this is the place to go in Calgary ab I will same this tho I got the best service from the young lady in the parts department tho you go girl keep it up sorry I cant say much for the rest of the so call dealership

My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV and wanted to check out the X3. We enter the dealership and are approached by a sales guy. Its immediately apparent that sales guy wants absolutely nothing do with my wife and wants only to talk to me. This vehicle was to be my wifes car; shed be the one driving it and had plenty of questions to ask. The sales guy had other ideas, though, and would listen to my wifes question then direct the answer to me. I even told him to talk to my wife instead of talking to me, and he did so for a minute or two, but eventually directed all his energy toward me. Despite this, my wife wanted to test drive the X3 to compare it with other luxury compact SUVs on the market, so she booked an appointment. My wife shows up ten minutes before her appointment and is kept waiting half an hour past the appointment time before the sales person finally shows up. The sales guy was busy with other customers, but whats the point in having an appointment if you cant make the time? Despite being told that I wouldnt be present, the sales guy badgered my wife asking when I was going to show up. Ive never felt so insulted on my wifes behalf before in my life. Judging from this experience, I will never purchase anything from this BMW dealership. It disgusts me that this behavior is not discouraged at this location. The sales guys name was Tarun. The parking lot is also atrocious. Therere are hundreds of cars for sale in the parking lot and customer parking appeared to be limited to four spots (five if you included the handicapped) in front of the dealership. I rolled down the window to ask where we should park, as all of these spots were full, and we were waved "around back" down a one way road. A sales guy was moving a BMW vehicle up that same road.
