Royal Oak Audi has never let me down. Royal Oak Service team: I put a lot of kms on my car each year and add performance parts, so I easily see the awesome service team at Royal Oak more then anyone else at the dealership. Erik, Megan and Nader are all top notch service consultants and take care of my car to the same level that I maintain it myself. I always feel extremely confident that any service or issue I may have brought the car in for will be taken care of quickly and expertly. And should anything should happen that they will always be upfront and take care of it immediately to my expectations. A perfect example of this happened in 2013 during a tire swap where a machine had accidentally done small cosmetic damage to the rim. I would not even have noticed the damage without close inspection but it was brought to me by Nader as soon as the issue was known and then documented and fixed within a day of the incident. Fantastic! Erik is my usual service consultant and takes care of all my performance upgrades. He helped me tune my S4 and set me up with a loaner for the long period it took to send the chip out and just recently took care of a new exhaust on my S6. I am always treated fairly for my non-regular service items and always leave the dealership with a giant smile (and usually going way to fast). You will be hard pressed to find another Service consultant that will see right to the heart of your performance addiction and help you get exactly what you were looking for. Thanks Erik! (Next speeding ticket Im forwarding to you...) I dont think I can recall another dealership where the service manager (Rick) remembers both myself and my cars and still manages to make me feel like Im being taken care of rather then being taken advantage of. Royal Oak Parts: Ive ordered a few replacement parts due to the occasional person backing into me and doing light damage or just normal road debris (damn you Calgary!). The parts team have always been easy to deal with and call me right when it arrives. No issues from me what so ever. Royal Oak Sales: I started in 2011 with a lightly used 2010 Audi S4. Vince Tran in sales took me for my test drive and I of course was sold as soon as I felt that lovely quattro taking all the power from the S4 in the middle of February. Being I wanted a every day performance car it just made sense to have a mean Quattro AWD car for year round fun. Last year I purchased a new 2014 Audi S6 from Vince. I still curse Vinces name for letting me hear the lovely V8 purr (now even meaner thanks to the exhaust!) I always make sure to stop into sales when I pickup my vehicle from service to talk about the new things coming and current cars out with both Vince and Tony in sales. Great guys and not your usual annoying sales person. In Summary: Ive always felt that Royal Oak Audi was one of the more accessible luxury brand dealerships in Calgary. I have never felt neglected for showing up looking disheveled from shoveling snow in the middle of February to test a 330hp S4. Ive never been ignored while wandering around checking out vehicles. Or when asking for a test drive told they would only take me if I was serious... well Mercedes dude, Im only going to be serious if you dont treat me poorly and let me try the thing out. Im through and through an "Audi Guy". Lifes good with Quattro when the white north comes and even better when the sun is out.

My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV and decided to check out the Q5 at this dealership. I own an A4, so we were biased toward the Q5, but the level of service we received at this location sealed the deal. Vince was our sales guy and from the moment we first started talking to him we received nothing but stellar service from him. He was knowledgeable, attentive and answered both my and my wifes questions without hesitation. We had a toddler with us for most of the experience and Vince never showed any problem talking to either my wife or I alone as the other would have to run after the toddler, which is something we really appreciated. We corresponded a number of times via email to nail down the specific options package we wanted and eventually to the vehicles available. Once wed decided on the vehicle wed like to purchase, we were handed off to Kyla, the finance manager at the dealership. The extraordinary level of service continued with Kyla, as we were provided with concrete numbers for the different methods of financing the vehicle. Kyla also drew from her extensive personal experience for owning Audi vehicles (the Q5 in particular), which was very helpful in allowing us to make the appropriate decisions regarding warranty and after care products. Kyla and I also corresponded via email a number of times to go over numbers in greater detail and to schedule a time to pick up the new vehicle. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, Vince was available to walk us through every facet of the new Q5, covering all portions of the exterior, the interior and the infotainment system. The Q5 and the A4 that I own share a number of features, but Vinces demonstration showed me things that applied to my car that I was unaware of. Vince even put a bow on the hood of the Q5 because my wifes birthday was just around the corner. From start to finish, my wife and I were pleased with the level of service we received at Royal Oak Audi and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. Thanks for reading!

I bought my first Audi A4 in 2010 from David Sandusky who was an Audi Product Specialist at Glenmore Audi. David is now the New Car Manager at Royal Oak Audi and was very happy when I found out as the dealership is closer to my home.When my wife and I go into the dealership we always stop and say "Hi" to David and he has never been too busy to welcome us and spend some time talking to us. David is a gentleman, he is very caring of his clients and has been a pleasure to deal with over the past 8 years.He is the best Product Specialist/New Car Manager we have ever dealt with and I can tell you we have dealt with many over the years. We are extremely satisfied with our existing A4 and have already spoken to David about upgrading to a 2018 S4 early next year. David treats us as family rather than as customers and it has always been a happy experience to drop in the dealership. The cappuccino is great. The other staff member I would like to recognize is Scott Barker, Service Advisor. Scott is very caring of his clients and goes above and beyond time and time again in ensuring that his clients needs are met to their total satisfaction.Scott has not only met my expectations but exceeded them every time I go into the Service Department with an issue. He is never too busy to deal with any issue you may have. I have found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Regardless of how busy Scott is, he is always very accommodating in fixing any minor problems you have the same day without having to make an appointment to come back. Scott is the epitome of a perfect Service Advisor. Royal Oak Audi is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. They have set the benchmark for what excellent service should look like. They not only sell a top notch product but they take good care of servicing their clients needs after the sale. I would rate Royal Oak Audi 5++ stars out of 5. Too bad I could not have gone beyond 5.
