Bought a new Jeep Cherokee. After 50 days it broke down. Is still braking down regularly 97 days later. Dealership will not accept any responsibility. Keep doing repairs that do not last or lead to more pproblem. They wanted to charge me another $11.500 to trade in vehicle for a new 1. Even though the vehicle has less than 10.000km on the clock. Of which the dealership has put on over 1.000km onot in test drives. Owner just keep saying " not his problem I have a lemon. It is FCA canada issue. FCA canada is the worst customer service/ warranty I have ever experienced.

I was looking to trade in my truck for a new one, the sales manager Mike and the sales lady Lorie that I met with made the process of buying a new truck excelent. I sat with Lorie and we discussed what I was looking for in a new power wagon and they went above and beyond to find what I wanted. They searched 2 provinces and shipped a truck from BC. I would buy another vehicle there reccomend to anyone looking for one to go down and see what they could for you.

Heidi is the first auto sales person I actually liked. Not pushy and actually cares about her customer not just the commission. Krystal made financing a breeze and has some pretty good tricks up her sleeve. Parts and service were all over getting my accessories on my truck and gave me perfection in the end product. They have my loyalty. Jim has a great crew there.

We just traded in a 2016 jeep cherokee and 2014 ram 2500 truck for a 2017 ram 2500 diesel truck. Although I didnt get what I wanted for the jeep, Jim went out of his way to have it picked up in Manitoba. Lori was a fabulous sales person and Krystal had a ton of patience while dealing with autopac agent in Manitoba. I highly recommend this dealership.

Amazing customer service all around. Delaney Gyori was more than happy to help me pick out a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler which they were extremely patient with over the phone. Krystal Zabok in finance and manager Mike Redmond were also very nice and helpful towards getting me my Jeep. Seamless interaction and they kept their word on all promises.
