Koch ATHABASCA has a welcoming and engaging staff. I was looked after immediately on my arrival. I was offered refreshments and the use of their internet. My wait was just over an hour so shorter that my first oil change at the Edm service area. The check list was gone over thoroughly and all questions satisfied. A very nice facility with welcoming, knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back as I learned things about my maintenance plan I did not realize. Thank you for,the Koch touch and kindness! I visited Koch Ford in response to a request regarding some kind of update to the electronic system which they did, however this process changed some tings including the clock and calendar which they neglected to correct. Also I had an issue with dust getting in the vehicle which they tried to address; but were not successful.. They were supposed to contact Ford Canada for the best solution; but to date I have not received a positive response.

Great service and a pleasure to deal with the Service department. Only issue I have is the 6 l diesel engine. This engine will go down in history as the worst engine ever put in a ford product. Its possibly the worst diesel engine put in anything including the crap Russia builds. The only thing worse than the 6 l diesel is death.......but it would be a photo finish....

In fact on this particular service I was slated to have my vehicle serviced at 3pm and I received a phone call around 11am stating my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I called in the late afternoon the day before and explained my situation being from Fort McMurray, they were quick to find a spot at 8:30 the next morning. Quick service too. Every time I want a service appointment it doesnt take long. Needed a new windshield(rock,) phoned at 11:00am and had the car in 2hrs later. Not only is the service staff awsome, but also the sales staff as well. Very pleased with them.
