Thursday, October 13 2016, I went for the oil change (56.000 km) of my RAV-4 2014. Of course, I went to my dealer, Sainte-Foy Toyota, where I bought my vehicle in May 2014. to this day, I do all the maintenance of my vehicle there. I am extremely satisfied with the service department. Taking RV is fast, the vehicle is always ready at the time and told staff welcome is always warm. The RAV-4 is a vehicle that I highly recommend and will be my next vehicle when the time comes to replace it. Personally, with the service I received from Sainte-Foy Toyota since May 2014, I will continue to do business with them. Customer respect and service to unparalleled customer that he gives, make it a must in the purchase and maintenance of our vehicle. I bought a RAV-4 May 2014 in Sainte-Foy Toyota. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The first service in August 2014, it was flawless on the line. I took the opportunity to wash my beautiful SUV and it emerged as the own garage as when it was new. So I found not only the good garage for maintenance, but the garage to keep it beautiful. The service is very good, the staff is courteous and the garage is spotless. I recommend Sainte-Foy Toyota all.

No surprise to me during this visit for the maintenance of my Camray 2015. I got one more time to such a reliable service for my car. Despite the early hour of my appointment, 7.30 hrs. I got a polite welcome and smiling serving staff. It is expected for this but this is not always the case in many other shops where one seems to bother people. In fact all the Crusaders employees are courteous and seem to love their work, they are intended, ask us if we needed help. The atmosphere is nice, the cleanliness is exceptional and very well groomed staff, which are important points to me. The service performed on my car was 5 stars and as requested. I needed information about other maintenance to be performed soon on my car and the staff at the service desk informed me very well, honestly and without any means of pressure. The fact that my car is on ensuring it is reassuring to know that technicians check several points and we will be notified if repairs are needed and all at no cost.

I received a great service. My car had a problem and another dealer in the area and Toyota Canada were throwing the ball back without anyone taking the responsibility of serving the customer well. Thats where I called Sainte-Foy Toyota. My case was handled promptly, the next morning I had a positive response to the effect that my car would be repaired at Toyota Canadas expense. Service point of view, I did not ask for anything better. The only reason I give 4/5 is for the slowness in the availability of the service of escort and for the quality of the driving of the driver. It looked like an old taxi driver tanned and in a hurry. He was driving so abruptly that the Sienna he was driving was looking bad. Aside from this, service # 1. I officially change dealership for Sainte-Foy Toyota.

Taking appointments made on a Friday without waiting or voicemail: used, very courteous, suggested I wait until the end of the interview rather than leave the car all day, since this type of interview lasted only 30 minutes. The appointment has been given from the following Monday at 7:30. Deposit vehicle Monday at 7:15 am, door # 1 (indoor garage) express service. Used to receiving very courteous vehicles. Waiting in the waiting room on the 2nd floor: newspapers, TV, wifi, breakfast counter available. Call my name (not my spouse) to the intercom in the waiting room at 7:55 am, I think. Payment of the invoice the express service, the same used at the reception, always very courteous; Recovery vehicle inside the garage (heated). Deadline respected. perfect experience!

These are real bandits. 1- I told the seller I want a block heater for my vehicle, it does not put it on the bill. When I noticed him that, he told me there is no problem and that he will be laid. When Ill get the car, I check if the heater-motor is laid, surprise! no! The seller told me that I have never asked him that and if I want one I just have to pay. 2- The seller told me that I start making payments after 3 months after purchase. Two weeks later, another nice surprise, the payment was spent, which prevent other things from being paid. I got the answer very intelligent director I just check my business. 3- When I made a complaint to the person, it was literally talked baby! She took me to a little guy who pouts.

When I chose to buy a Toyota vehicle, I chose the Ste-Foy Toyota Scion dealer because I knew the service I would have with this company would be outstanding. Obviously, it may seem more expensive for the maintenance of my vehicle. However, when I leave my car at Ste-Foy Toyota Scion for repairs or interviews, I am sure that the work will be done professionally, within a reasonable time. They know their product and it seems. So, even though my vehicle is getting older, Im sure I can use it in peace. I calculate that with time I am a winner. In addition, I have always been treated professionally and courteously. Ive seen several dealerships with other brands of vehicles, and I can say that Ste-Foy Toyota Scion has impressed me so far.

Hello, I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service received from Ste-Foy Toyota on February 25, 2015. My car having been vandalized the night before, I went without a meeting to the Ste-Foy Toyota garage. I got a great welcome, an estimate and an immediate assumption of my car. I even got the escort service. All the traces of painting made by the perpetrators on my car have been erased without damaging the original painting of my Corolla. My car was washed and waxed and I was able to recover it in the hours that followed. A big thank you to the advisor and the entire Ste-Foy Toyota team. Seller pressure and profiteer !! I have been to buy a used Sienna, but the seller was so put pressure he finally convinced me to buy a new one. Made to finance, the woman I talk for an hour trying to sell me all kinds of product including an electronic rust protection was supposed to be guaranteed for life, so she gave me the price in the damping of 75 years! !!! She almost called me ridiculous because extended warranties are not interested me. Back at home, I told myself that I cancellerais the contract because it does not convennait at all what I wanted. The seller then hangs up my nose and when I searched my deposit, he did not even look at me. I turned to Lévis Toyota for impeccable service.

very poor service. 1- a inspection before buying nobody notices the bad enlignement and unusual wear of the tires on my car. 2 two weeks later I pass for abnormal tire noise the manager told me (Friday) to pass Tuesday 10:00 (Monday as Férier) we would watch AC and lend me a car. I arrive on Tuesday to be told to take an appointment Thursday no car shuttle service to take me go ... 3- Thursday morning I bring the car in the afternoon called me to tell me they do not have the equipment to change the original tires of my car is 18 inches but original. my car returned Thursday and simply to change four tires and redo the enlignement I have only Monday hoping that there have no other glitch ...
