Not at all satisfied with the booking system for maintenance action on my vehicle. Let me explain: I had an appointment for 9:30 Monday, August 29. I introduced myself to service at 9:00 am and asked for a ride home. My idea, if you give me an appointment for 9:30 is that they have availability for maintenance to 9:30. However, in late afternoon 12:00 to 4:30 p.m. I had to call for Subaru to know the status report. I am informed that my car is ready but the person doing the ride home is still not notified. I advised myself the person Foot Patrol. I thought my car would be ready in AM and I had to wait all day which forced me to postpone an activity I had planned PM. And if I said I was waiting for my car ???

Shameful. 4 times that moves me to the same problem covered by the warranty on my car (new), two times they have not even looked at my problem. Of course, even if the repair would last at least 2 hours, I was refused the loan of a courtesy char ... I had taken every time an appointment specifying well what was the reason. I even moved me to anything on my last visit! The staff is horrible, they take the top clients. If you buy Subaru (which are good cars) I do not recommend this concession regarding the maintenance of your beloved car: run away !!!

Very ordinary service! Must constantly fight with the service department to have a courtesy car! I had to contact my salesperson and even the sales manager to make sure I had a courtesy car for a warranty repair! Moreover, Reliability of the brand very debatable! I solved the problem, I bought a picture from another manufacturer!

Very good customer service, but when I bought my 2005 subaru impreza it had only 60,000km. They forgot to maintain the "break" and it all taken so that it passes on a guaranteed one month ... I had to take 1 and 2 appointments to solve the problem. Per year at least I was spending over $ 500 ++++++ repair ...

In March 2016, I reported to randomly booked a wrx 2016. It took 10 minutes with Simon-Pier that was settled. No loss of time or ambiguity. I took delivery in May, it took 20 minutes even though I arrived at dinner time, Frederik took care of me. A1. The garage is clean and the mechanics are careful.

Degradation of mechanical service and customer service for the last 2 years. I made the purchase of 3 to Subaru dealer and I changed my garage recently for interviews because my experience had become too unpleasant. The customer is rarely right and we do it enough you know directly.
