This is somewhat late review but today when I saw their card on my desk, I couldnt stop writing a review. We drove from Toronto to Newfoundland and Labrador to visit Gros Morne Park, Twillingate and some other places. Soon after we landed at Port Aux Basques and drove for some time, we thought of filling the tank. We had a VW Jetta Diesel. We went to one or two petrol stations and couldnt find diesel. On the third when I saw the typical yellow nozzel which is used for diesel, I thought it has diesel and so got the gas filled. While the attendant was filling the fuel we engaged into some conversation. I paid him, thanked and went ahead. In corner brook we stopped at Tim Hurtons and had lunch. When we got out, the car wont start and so had to call CAA. They took us to Corner brook Autopro shop as the CAA driver told me that they have diesel mechanic. Once at Autopro, we were made comfortable and when Todd came to know that we are driving all the way from Toronto, he went out of his way to help us. In spite of the fact that they were busy and had no time to attend to our car, they accommodated us and had our car checked on priority. Obviously the Gas was filled in place of diesel by the petrol pump and so it needed to be flushed out completely. They did it promptly and charged reasonably. Todd also inquired us about our plans and when we informed that due to this incident we were late for check in at our B&B at Rocky Harbour, he personally spoke with the owner of the B&B and assured us that our reservation will not be cancelled. Within hours we were on our way to and reached in time to have our supper in a cabin overlooking rocky harbour. Needless to say that we still cherish the incident and the help provided by Autopro.

Cant depend on them. A few years back the RNC was really pushing the deadline to take off studded tires. So, I Made appointment to have wheels switched on last day of deadline for taking off studded tires. When I showed up at the time that was set I was told they were to busy and couldnt fit me in... wait but, Isnt that why we made an appointment? Starting the day after deadline police can give tickets for still having studs on. So, a friend bailed me out and I changed my own wheels in his driveway, in the rain! Thanks (NOT) Napa :-( Dont depend on them keeping appointments. Plus... they were rude about it as well.
