WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LIMO SERVICE!!! First of all, I was responsible for planning my sisters surprise bachelorette party. 2 Hours before the party, they call and tell me their only 20 person limo bus is in Jasper, and wont be there on time. So we have to split up the party. As in 10 people wouldnt be in the same car as the bride/bridesmaids. 2nd of all, 1st limo was 15 mins late, 2nd limo was 30 mins late. Making it impossible for us to do our hour and a half bachelorette scavenger hunt without missing our reservation. 3rd- The only reason we waited for the 2nd limo, is because we were told that it was bigger and that the entire party could easily fit in it. It was smaller. 4- We were told that the limos were NOT moving until they received payment. Even though I clearly told the owner to put through the credit card I had on file when he told me the limo I booked was not available. I was also not told I had to have my credit card with me. This then delayed the limo EVEN MORE! And forcing one of the guests to hand in their credit card to "Save the Night". 5-The limo drivers had no idea where they were going. They knew where we had to go before the party, and didnt even think to put it in google maps beforehand? NOPE. One of the bridesmaids spent the entire ride bent over the seat telling the driver where to go with her IPhone. PATHETIC. And when we called to explain our horrible service, I was told "If you just payed the damn driver you would have been on time." oh and lets not forget, "You knew we were dividing the party beforehand... why would you complain about it now?" Well when the party is in 2 HOURS, what do you expect me to say?... Oh ill just call another limo company and book a limo for 20 people in 2 hours. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Called to book a Limousine but person answered with a different name than listed with Google, asked why their listed as "last min" Limousine if thats not them and they said "I dont know" and claimed was first time they heard of it, yet its the company that lists their name on these sites. Sounds sketchy if you dont even know what your name is listed as and why your add sounds just like another high rated company in Edmonton. Wouldnt recommend

We rented 3 limos for the company staff party, the service we received was excellent, they were on time going there and on time for the different pick up times to accommodate everyone. The limo bus was big, comfy and very clean. The drivers were very friendly. Its not the first time we use Ace limo and it wont be the last.

I was looking to book a limo last min and I found Ace Limousine , I was worried because it was last min asking for Limo in Edmonton Winter, just I called them, the dude who answered the phone he sounded very busy but got me real deal on the limo , I had really a good night and a good party.
